Brief Description: 

The project involved the construction of a new works depot for Essential Energy including offices, amenities, storage, truck parking, forklift bay and a wash down bay. The building was constructed as a slab on ground framed with a combination of structural steel and light timber framing. Externally the building was finished with a combination of corrugated metal cladding and face brick.

Site works included bulk earthworks and installation of extensive retaining walls to raise the level of the site. Approximately 3500m2 of heavy duty concrete pavement was installed including new car parking and storage racks for power poles. Extensive native landscaping was installed to the site in addition to a palisade fence to the perimeter.
