Grafton Government Office Building Fit Out

The project involved refurbishing the vacant 4th floor of the building into new office space. This involved the demolition of redundant walls and services, installation of new windows to two sides of the building as well as new walls, ceilings and floor coverings. Once this was completed similar refurbishment works were undertaken on the 3rd floor. New furniture and shelving were provided for both levels.

Part of the works involved the relocation of another office located a few hundred metres away into the newly finished Level 3. The project required a great amount of skill and planning to ensure every file was kept in order. A new undercover car parking area was constructed with swipe card access for additional security.
