Uniting Aged Care Refurbishment - Nambucca Heads

The project involved a variety of works on the existing site including:

• Partial demolition of the northern end of the building
• Construction of a new 2nd storey extension to create staff amenities and additional office space
• Refurbishment of the existing lower level to create a short term care space for memory loss guests
• Refurbishment of the existing entry verandas to create more floor space.
• Minor refurbishment works to the existing church area
• Construction of a new asphalt car park to create 35 car parking spaces
• Construction of a new 50 metre access ramp to provide compliant disabled access from the street level to car park level
