Brief Description:
The works consisted of a major refurbishment of two separate areas within the existing CT Building at the Callaghan Campus including the level 1 offices and the lecture theatre. The remaining areas of the building needed to remain operational whilst the works were completed to a strict deadline.
Works to the lecture theatre and office areas included:
- Removal of existing seating, floor coverings and non-compliant stairways
- Installation of new floor coverings, acoustic panels, seating, stairs
- New services including fire detection, air conditioning, stair lighting, AV equipment, energy efficient lighting, computer charging stations
